I used to believe that transcending and escaping my humanity was the key to the wellbeing I was missing.
I dedicated myself to meditation, mindfulness, Eastern spiritual practices, and self-inquiry, hoping that spiritual awakening would help me escape my suffering.
And in some ways, it did—I had profound glimpses of oneness, moments where everything made sense, but when the experiences passed, I was still left with the same unresolved wounds.
A decade into my path I learned something crucial after many hard lessons: unhealed wounds dictate our lives and keep us stuck in the same cycles and patterns if we don't deal with them.Â

To thrive and create what we want we have needs that have to be met. They are:
If we don’t get these needs met during our formative years we develop survival patterns to compensate and buffer ourselves from the overwhelm of not getting those needs met. If these needs weren’t met growing up we need to meet them as adults to live our best lives. Until these needs are met the survival patterns continue to run our lives.
The energy behind our actions create the results. If you want to change your results you must change the energy behind your actions. When we take action from our survival patterns (the parts of us that did not get their needs met) our actions are fueled by energies that create the opposite of what we want — fear, lack, separation, suffering, pain, anxiety, frustration, and many more. Taking action from there reenacts and recreates the same results you are trying to change.
Recognizing awake awareness is the first step to create lasting transformation. The first and last step into freedom is the recognition of the the ground of our being — the awake awareness always present at every moment of our lives. When we become familiar and acquainted with ourselves as this already awake and free awareness at our core it’s much easier to meet the needs of our hurting parts, be compassionate towards ourselves and others, repair and create deeper bonds with the people we love and collaborate with, have deeper impact and show up for what’s important for us.
By my own dedication and commitment, the support of friends and family, together with the compassionate and patient guidance of some amazing teachers and mentors, such as Guy and Ilan Ferdman and Andrew DeGregorio taught by the Luminous Awareness Institute, I discovered that real, lasting and deep transformation is possible with the combination of spiritual awakening and healing.
My work is not about managing negative patterns—it’s about dissolving them at the root.Â
I help my clients break free from the hidden blocks and patterns that reenact and recreate the results they're trying to change.
